Obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) affects multiple medical and dental disciplines including orthodontics. This article describes the clinical examination and study model evaluation, cephalometric evaluation, growth and development, treatment modalities, pediatric orthodontic treatment approaches, adult orthodontic treatment approaches, and the surgical orthodontic approach to treatment of OSA.
