摘要：
Lithological and petrographical studies of the Lower Cenozoic rocks (sandstones, limestones, marls, clays) combined with biostratigraphic data testify to a heterogeneous and heterochronous character of the Crimean continental slope. The knowledge on the geological structure of the continental slope is widened. It is proved that in the slope structure, besides Mesozoic formations, there participate the overlapping Lower Cenozoic rocks related to the junction zone between the Crimean mega-anticlinorium and Black Sea depression.
