摘要：
We report a case of a patient with resistant hypertension. Twenty-four hour ambulatory blood pressure monitoring showed a bradycardia in conjunction with the hypertension, leading to a diagnosis of hypothyroidism. (C) 2012 Wolters Kluwer Health vertical bar Lippincott Williams & Wilkins.
