摘要
The stable repetitive-pulse laser action has been obtained for the first time with the peak power up to 64 kW and the average power up to 65 W under the multimode operation and with the peak power up to 21 kW and the average power up to 20 W under the single-mode operation. Changes in the pump level have been employed to achieve variations in the pulse duration over the range of 100-300 ns and in the pulse repetition rate over the range of 1-10 kHz under the initial transmittance of the LiF:F2- crystal equal to 68% at the wavelength of 1064 nm.
