摘要
In this paper, we describe a device used to measure the distance between an eddy-current proximity sensor and a metallic surface in front of it. The goal is to restore the profile of the metallic surface. We present the different steps of this realization and the development of a deconvolution algorithm. The deconvolution algorithm allows us to obtain a model of the device. It is also used to invert this model, therefore allowing the restoration of the input signals corresponding to the degraded image of the profile of the metallic surface.
