摘要
We have measured linear and magnetic circular dichroism in the Ce 4d X-ray absorption spectra of CeRh3B2, which has a highly anomalous ferromagnetic state. The result indicates an unusually large axial crystal field of order 0.1-0.2 eV along the hexagonal c-axis.
