摘要
The preparation of Tl-1223 superconductor by the partial melted method is studied. The nominal composition of the sample is (Tl0.5Pb0.5) (Sr0.8Ba0.2)2Ca2Cu3Oy. The magnetizing current of the sintered-partial melted-annealed sample is greater than 2 x 10(4) cm2 at 77 K and 1 T. The J(c) value of the short sample of the Ag-sheathed tape made of the powder produced by this method reaches 1.9 x 10(4) A cm-2 at 77 K and 0 T. The SEM microscopic observation of the cross section of the superconducting tape shows that besides the 1223 phase, there are impurity phases of BaPbO3 and Sr-Ca-Cu-O.
