摘要
It was found that optical properties and nonlinearity of semiconductor microcrystallites in glass matrix are determined mainly by their structure. We established that the Auger recombination and the traps filling are responsible for the intensity dependence of transmission at picosecond and nanosecond pump respectively. The probabilities of linear and Auger recombination as a function of intensity have been obtained by computer simulation. © 1991.
