摘要
In an environment characterized by major changes, university professors are required to problematize their actions and overcome the technical instrumental nature of education towards educational work that simultaneously encourages professional and personal training. In this article, we present reflections that have been derived from research carried out with the professors of the Dentistry and Pharmaceutical Sciences in a public university. The goal of the investigation was to understand the dynamics of teaching in Health Sciences, its limits and possibilities, reflecting on continuing education and professional development of the professors through the use of "investigative communities" in the practice.
