ANOMALOUS HALL-EFFECT AND THE NATURE OF CHARGE-CARRIERS IN HIGH-TC SUPERCONDUCTORS

摘要：
The ordinary term RoH in the total Hall coefficient RH is separated for single crystals of YBa2Cu3O7-δ at T> Tc on the basis of experimental data. Its sign is negative, which may be considered as evidence for electron (n-type) conductivity in this type of compounds. The Hall number for conduction electrons is equal to unity. The change in the anomalous Hall effect when substituting Nd, Ce for La, Sr may lead to a negative sign of RH. © 1990.
