摘要：
A simple, wholly chemical method has been found for preparing N5-formyl tetrahydropteroylpoly-L-glutamates. The method involves: (1) forming an alpha-monoester of N5-formyl tetrahydropteroylmono-L-glutamic acid, (2) coupling its "free" gamma-carboxyl end with an L-glutamate polyester (3) deprotection to give the desired product.
