Effects of Ni addition on the magnetoresistance of co-sputtered Ag-Co immiscible alloy thin films have been investigated. The magnetoresistivity, magnetoresistance change, and electrical resistivity reach maxima and then decrease with increasing Ni concentration. The half width of the response curve decreases with increasing Ni concentration.
