摘要
This study examined how individuals' privacy orientations within their families affected their experiences in their homes and workplaces. The influence of individuals' perceptions of privacy orientations on family satisfaction, job satisfaction, and work-life balance were explored. Results suggested perceptions of privacy orientations were significantly related to perceptions of family satisfaction, job satisfaction, and work-life balance. Perceptions of interior privacy orientation were positively related to perceptions of family satisfaction, while perceptions of exterior privacy orientation were negatively related. Perceptions of interior privacy orientation were related to perceptions of job satisfaction and work-life balance.
