Multiple Tracheal Diverticuli in a Cystic Fibrosis Patient

We present a case of a 45-year-old woman, post-bilateral lung transplantation performed for cystic fibrosis who presented fever, productive cough, and multiple constitutional symptoms. Computed tomography scan of the chest showed multiple diverticula involving the posterior tracheal wall. Bronchoscopy revealed moderate amount of mucopurulent secretions, tracheomalacia, and multiple pinhole openings at the location of these diverticula.
