摘要：

Vitamin D deficiency can lead not only to rickets and osteoporosis, but is an important risk factor in pathogenesis of infections, diabetes mellitus, arterial hypertension, metabolic syndrome and autoimmunologic diseases as well. In 2009 new recommendations for supplementation of vitamin D were established in Poland. The doses of vitamin D are dependent on age of patient, on his state of health and on the seasons of the year.
