摘要
The study identifies, describes and relates the variables of sensory integration, attention and behavior in a probabilistic sample comprised of 66 students between 7-10 years old, 66 parents and 12 teachers from an official school of the municipality of Popayan, Cauca (Colombia). Method: The research was conducted with quantitative-interactional methodology and analysis with the SPSS identifying results with absolute, relative extent and significance with p <0.005 chi square measuring frequencies. Results: 64% of students have sensory integration deficit, 98% fine motor problems and 94% in calculation, besides 22% have problems with attention and between 6% and 45% and behavioral difficulties social relations and there are significant interactions between the variables measured. Conclusion: the students in the sample have difficulties in adaptive behavior to the needs of classroom learning and behavior, which is related to neuropsychological deficits and maturity.
