摘要
This article aims to show the state of the art regarding the incorporation of the norms product of Private International Law and it tries to answer some questions. The objective is to make it as clear as possible that the international legal norm today is incorporated into national legal systems in several ways. The Nation State as a category of analysis is legitimate but it is also important to remember the "universal generalization of rules and values" and the definition of the individual entities. This evolution is now going synchronized to the movements of individuals and families and the large transformations of the economy. The international legal norm is integrated into the Mexican legal system in different ways that we attempt to explain in this paper and its incorporation today can be measured by its impact on the modernization of this legal system.
