LIMITATIONS ON THE VALIDITY OF EFFECTIVE FIELD-THEORY IN QCD

摘要：

In the heavy quark, weak confinement limit of QCD hadron properties such as charge radii are easily calculated from the Schrodinger equation. We examine these calculations from the viewpoint of dispersion theory and show how attempts to describe hadronic phenomena entirely in terms of an effective field theory of mesons and baryons can go wrong.
