摘要
This paper reports results for Raman scattering study of the electron beam irradiated graphite by using laser micro probe technique. The results indicate the up and down shifts of the E2g mode peak with decreasing crystallite size. Both shifts are explained in terms of the phonon dispersion and the wave vector uncertainty. © 1990.
