摘要
The question of the articulation of the two sub-systems of higher education in Argentina, occupied an eminent position in the political agenda of the various administrations that ran the country in the nineties and in the early years of new century. This act warned about the importance of the theme, within the project of the state driven by the forementioned administrations. The project, inspired by neo-liberal politics, directed the restructure of civil society around the market values. In that context, the intention of this communication is to analise how the national politics of articulation of the two higher education sectors, built a device to regulate the social function of the demands of the global project driven by the hegemonic social forces.
