摘要
This article presents a simpler way of doing projects based on Six Sigma improvement methodology, which applies to small and medium enterprises. Six Sigma is a methodology where real data is used to improve quality and reduce costs. Thorugh a survey on SME companies Tamaulipas is getting results that help us see how feasible it is to run these projects successfully, obtaining interesting conclusions about the potential you have for improving the competitiveness of these businesses.
