摘要
This article shows the results of the research done to propose a model and methodology for the design of ontologies to define a common vocabulary in the terminology of the process of teacher evaluation and promotion of academic staff of the University of Sonora. Given the academic, training or work experience undertaken by teachers, determine how to make the appointment of teachers for vacant posts, according to processes based assessment and training regulations. It develops a case study for the allocation of activities to a group of teachers. The ontology is designed using the methodology proposed model and then using the Protege software tool 3.4 for performing ontological queries, establishing rules and verifying its functionality. The result shows whether it is feasible to use a common terminology to integrate personnel evaluation committees in order to facilitate the gathering of data for academics and self-reports.
