摘要
Mangroves are coastal ecosystems between land and sea, and are subjected to tidal regime. Considering that mangroves have suffered several impacts, this work aims to analyze perceptions about environment and mangrove ecosystem of students and teachers from a school in Bayeux, Brazil. Educational workshops were developed with students, and learning was assessed applying questionnaires before and after the workshops. Questionnaires were also applied to teachers to investigate their knowledge about the subject. Results showed that more enduring interventions are needed to provide a satisfactory learning. However, we considered that development of activities about mangrove ecosystem contributed to raise awareness of students and teachers.
