摘要
The main objective of this research was to generate a theoretical approach on the Quality of Higher Education Associate for Information Technology and Communication in the Context of College Fermin Toro of Barquisimeto. To that the theoretical constructs related were analyzed with the quality and quality of education as well as the theories involved in learning. Similarly, the authors that support the use of information technology and communication were analyzed which is directed us to understand as education using technology. Epistemologically was orientated under the interpretive qualitative paradigm using the ethnographic method. The methodology is centered on gathering information through the technique of in-depth interviews with key informants being Fermin Toro College stage selected for this work. In this sense they were selected key informants who were teachers and directors of the institution. Based on the ontological and epistemological findings is revealed that perceptions about the quality and use of information technology and communication are few favorable for achieving educational quality so it is hoped that the theoretical constructed as a contribute to a constructive vision precise compression and leading global reality from new perspectives to introduce qualitative changes that will determine the quality of education in most important regards CUFT. The information helped unveil an approximation theory emerging as a contribution of this study.
