摘要
Radio frequency and microwave frequency complex dielectric permittivity epsilon* = epsilon' - i epsilon'' data for LiClO4 in tetraglyme as well as similar previously published data for LiNO3 in liquid polyethylene oxides are reviewed. The reliability of the dielectric ion coefficient epsilon(d)'' at concentrations C much greater than 0.1 M (obtained as the difference between the total loss epsilon'' and the conductance loss epsilon(x)'' = 1.8 X 10(12)chi/f) is questioned for frequencies f less-than-or-equal-to 0.1 GHz. The interpretation of the dielectric spectra of LiClO4 (and of LiNO3) in polyethers is critically analyzed.
