摘要：
The specific binding of [H-3] 8-OH-DPAT and [H-3] dihydroalprenolol by the early embyos of sea urchin Strongylocentrotus intermedius at short ligand exposition (1 min) and low temperature of incubation medium (0-degrees-C) was demonstrated. The existence of membrane binding sites for serotoninergic ligands besides the intracellular ones is suggested for such objects.
