摘要
For a long time public relations were considered a part of journalism and, as such, is considered as a minor activity primarily related to the protocol and event management. Today, the profession has evolved along with technological advances and systems concepts about organizations. In this context, the academic tools have become indispensable for modern exercise, which involves the management of communication in various entities requesting all interventions at complex human interactions, group and social, but how are you tools do not come from a scientific discipline itself, appear as a sort of puzzle, whose pieces must be assembled creatively by teachers today educate people about these matters.
