INFORMATION SYSTEM OF KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT IN HYPERTEXT ORGANIZATION

In this paper, we show an implemented information system capable of supporting knowledge management in Noaka's hypertext organization. Appropriate supportive mechanisms for the four knowledge-sharing processes (socialization, externalization, inernalization, combination) were defined through a modified semantic wiki system. We suggest an information system model that shall support the hypertext organization through its four layers: (1) the business system layer (supported by traditional information system), (2) the project team layer (supported by a dynamic project management system) and (3) the knowledge based layer (supported through a modified semantic wiki system). In the end, we give the results of a preliminary applicability research as well as guidelines for implementation and use of such system.
