摘要
Introduction: The sporting performance is dependent on a number of basic factors that have relative importance to the specificity of soccer, among these factors include body composition, and an important variable to be considered in character longitudinal and establish a possible link with certain capabilities physical. Methods: We analyzed 118 athletes from football of different ages using anthropometric measurements and body mass, height and skin folds of the triceps, subscapular, suprailiac and abdomen, through the models proposed by Guedes 1994. Results: Through the outcome of the models proposed categories were established for, adult, under 18, 17 and 15 years, the percentage of body fat of 12.9 +/- 3.71, 8.91 +/- 4.95, 7.05 +/- 2.58, 9.79 +/- 3.8, respectively. Conclusion: Different categories show significant changes in body composition and such aspects should be considered when to hold the nutritional advice and prescription of physical exercise.
