摘要：
This paper describes approaches and conceptual solutions suitable for delivering and supporting of individualized adaptive learning in networked Web-based educational environment. Functionality and conceptual architecture of interoperable e-Learning System as well as a methodology for the development of intended instructional flows are briefly described.
