摘要
This article has been made with the purpose of determinate the factors that conditionated the research into productivity of teachers whom work at the Nucleo Costa Oriental del Lago of the Universidad del Zulia. The poll technique reforced by non-structured interviews was applied, to a population of 57 teachers. The results revealed that: a) the research into the productivity is more into a particular interest ' s consecution of teachers rather than the technological-scientific development of the institution; b) both, teachers and administrative activities prevail under the researching work; c) the lack of proper academic politics puts down the research.
