摘要
The presented work deals with resistance mechanisms of hosts in participating chlamydial infection. It is known from hitherto existing information that mechanisms of own immunity take part during infection, all its own, as well as humoral and cellular. Epithelial cells play most important role in initial phase of infection, which are secreted many of proinflammatory cytokines after 24 hours from infection at the nature, between other interleukins IL-1 alpha, IL-6, IL-8, IL-10 and factor TNF-alpha. It plays important role in immunological answer to chlamydial heat shock protein 60 kDa (cHSP60), which belongs to typically species-specific antigens. Prolonged C. trachomatis infection in women can cause occlusion of fallopian tube and infertility. Long keeping chronic infections lead to cHSP60 production, which are maintained on high level and it is the main purpose of immunological answer.
