SENP1/HIF-1α调控牙髓干细胞成血管分化的研究进展

摘要
牙髓干细胞(DPSC)是从牙髓中分离的、具有高分化潜能的多能干细胞, 通过DPSC进行血管再生也许是一个不错的选择。缺氧诱导因子-1α(HIF-1α)是血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)的上游基因, 小泛素修饰物蛋白酶1(SENP1)能够逆转HIF-1α的小泛素样(SUMO)修饰。通过SENP1/HIF-1α的调控, 在许多体内外实验中都表现出了良好的血管再生特性。SENP1/HIF-1α信号轴对许多实体肿瘤有着不同程度的促进及抑制作用, 目前虽然SENP1/HIF-1α信号轴在牙髓干细胞内作用的相关文献相对较少, 但能够确定SENP1/HIF-1α对牙髓干细胞的血管生成方面起到重要作用。本文将阐述SENP1/HIF-1α信号通路, 及其促进DPSC成血管分化的作用机制。
