摘要
Although the treatment of attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder in adolescents brings new challenges, stimulant and nonstimulant medications are likely to be as effective in adolescents as they are in younger children. To ensure coverage of school and extracurricular activities, the use of longer-acting formulations is often required. The risk of adverse effects appears to be outweighed by the benefits of treatmen. © 2007 Adis Data Information BV. All rights reserved.
