摘要
The blade profile of professional athletes’ skates is composed of multiple circular arcs; its geometric accuracy and edge roughness are the decisive factors to determine the performance of ice skates, and also have a crucial impact on athletes' performance. In order to realize the automatic processing of professional ice skates and improve the accuracy of measurement and grinding, this paper studies the data processing and application of laser online measurement for high-precision ice skates grinding. The line laser measuring instrument is integrated into the spindle of computer numerical control (CNC) machine to realize the on-line measurement of the blade profile of ice skate. The accuracy of line laser is verified by measuring the standard gauge block, and then it is used to measure the ice skates' blade profile, and the measured results are filtered by combination of low-pass filtering, wavelet filtering and median filtering. By comparing the fitting accuracy, the sine function of the appropriate skate profile curve was selected to fit the data of the processing results, and then a sine function is used to fit the data to the processing results, and the error between the fitting results and the measurement data is within 0.01 mm. After many measurements, the error of repeated measurement is within and the error in repeated measurements is within 0.004 mm. Finally, the accuracy was verified by machining a standard arc of radius R = 21,000 mm, and comparing the laser measurement results with the standard curve, the accuracy error was within 0.007 mm. The roughness and roundness of 10 ice blades were measured by the same process. The roughness of this arc is 0.3 μm and the roundness is 4.1 μm, which were used to verify the accuracy of the measurement data processing.
