Formulations of adhesives and film materials from polyurethane waste were suggested, and the characteristics of these materials and conditions of their preparation were examined. A versatile resource-saving and environmentally sound procedure was suggested for the reuse of polyglycol adipate urethanes of dense and microcellular structure. The procedure allows transformation of a polymer waste into a reclaim with a high level of service parameters.
