摘要
In this study, a genomic cosmid library of the bismerthiazol resistant strain of Xanthomonas oryzae pv. oryzae (Xoo) 2-1-1 was constructed. The results showed that the transformants 646 and 518 were resistant to bismerthiazol. Subclones of the cosmids in these transformants identified two genes RaxR2 and Chp (conserved hypothetical protein) that are potentially involved in bismerthol resistance. There were seven point nonsense mutations in RaxR2, while Chp had only one point missense mutation (Valine to Glycine).
