摘要：
A new method for the preparation of aluminum hydride is proposed by reacting SiCl4 or SiHCl3 with lithium aluminum hydride in ether/toluene. The method yields hexagonal crystalline AlH3 with a low chlorine content, increased thermal stability, and high reproducibility.
