Peculiarities of Generation of Broadband Two-Photon States in Lithium Niobate Nanowaveguide

Numerical modeling and analysis of dispersion characteristics of a lithium niobate nanowaveguide with an inversely inclined trapezoidal cross-sectional structure have been carried out. Based on the analysis, it is found that the dispersion properties of this nanowaveguide with periodic polarization allow the generation of two-photon states with a spectral bandwidth of 200 THz. © Pleiades Publishing, Ltd. 2023.
