摘要：

In der Urogynäkologie hat die Nivellierung von Vergütungen der DRG ein Missverhältnis zwischen den einfachen und den komplexen Rekonstruktionen erzeugt; Reoperationen bei Rezidiven oder Komplikationen bilden sich in keiner Weise ab. Bevor nicht ausreichende Evidenz für neue Operationstechniken oder -modifikationen besteht, sollten neue Codes nicht Anreiz zu einer kritiklosen Anwendung geben. In der ambulanten urogynäkologischen Diagnostik und Therapie hat die Einführung qualifikationsgebundener Zusatzvolumina bei gesunkenen Regelleistungsvolumina zu einer Verzerrung geführt, die einer Korrektur bedarf.
