A three-dimensional, all-atom structure of the enzyme-substrate complex of the phosphodiesterase catalytic domain with diguanosine monophosphate was constructed based on the results of hybrid quantum mechanics/molecular mechanics (QM/MM) calculations. © 2014 Allerton Press, Inc.
