摘要
Prostate cancer is one of leading cancers in men. While some types of prostate cancer grow slowly and may need minimal or no treatment, other types are aggressive and can spread quickly. The markers capable to better distinguish cancerous from benign conditions and slow-growing cancers from aggressive ones are required. Present study is aimed to analysis of expression of CD9, CD81, and CD117 membrane proteins on the exosomes isolated from the urine of patients with histologically confirmed prostate cancer and age-matched patients without cancer. © 2016, Springer Science+Business Media New York.
