摘要
During January to March of 2019, a natural occurrence of Narcissus leaf yellowing (NLY) symptoms was observed on Narcissus (Narcissus tazetta) in korit region (Southern Khorasan province, Iran). Phytoplasmas associated with yellowing of N. tazetta was detected in direct and nested polymerase chain reaction assay. Molecular and phylogenetic analyses of the 16SrRNA gene revealed that the phytoplasma strains associated with NLY symptoms was related to16SrII group. This is the first report of the 16SrII-D Phytoplasma subgroup with Narcissus leaf yellowing from Iran. © 2020, Indian Phytopathological Society.
