摘要：
A model of the energy state of a quasi-two-dimensional electron gas is constructed based on a rectangular potential well of finite depth. The form of the Fermi surface and the character of its transformation from the true two-dimensional gas to the three-dimensional one are determined. © 2001 Plenum Publishing Corporation.
