Limiting bound (minimal and maximum) values of the effective conductivity under the quantum Hall effect conditions

摘要：

The percolation of current in inhomogeneous media under conditions of the quantum Hall effect has been considered. The lower and upper bound values for the effective Hall conductivity are established, the values of which differ from the minimum and maximum values for the metallic conductivity.
