Studies of the humoral immune response

The humoral immune response arises from a complex choreography of cells and molecules that in teract to produce lasting and effective defenses against pathogens. For more than fifteen years, our laboratory has studied how humoral responses are initiated, how they mature, and how they are remembered. This work has come from many hands and in this brief synopsis, 1 cannot provide the full recognition that my, students, postdoctoral fellows, and collaboratorsmerit. I hope that my colleagues can accept this translucence and know that their efforts are recognized and deeply appreciated, nonetheless.
