摘要
Raphanus sativus longipinnatus was studied as a local cultivated source of phospholipase D. Methods for the isolation, purification, and biochemical characterization of this enzyme and for the preparation of its stabilized form capable of synthesizing phospholipids in anhydrous systems were described.
