摘要
The Hynobius maoershanensis is a member of hynobiidae, endemic to Mountain Maoer in Guangxi province, China. There is a little molecular research about it so far since it was first found and reported in 2006. Twenty-five polymorphic microsatellite loci were isolated and characterized using 454 sequencing. To characterize each locus, 29 individuals from Mountain Maoer, Guangxi province of China were genotyped. The number of alleles per locus ranged from 2 to 5, with expected (HE) and observed (HO) heterozygosity ranging from 0.034 to 0.759 and from 0.131 to 0.675, respectively. All loci followed Hardy–Weinberg equilibrium after Bonferroni correction. No evidence of significant linkage disequilibrium was found among pairs of loci. Thus, we expect these new loci will be useful for conducting investigations into the genetic structure, diversity, and planning conservation management of the H. maoershanensis.
