摘要
Fe80Zr10B10, Fe80Zr10B9Cu1, and Fe80Zr8Mo2B10 amorphous alloys were prepared by melt-spinning and annealed at various temperatures. The effect of Cu and Mo additions on the thermal property, microstructure and magnetic properties of Fe80Zr10B10 alloy is studied. Both Cu and Mo additions decrease the crystallization activation energy. The crystallization process of Fe80Zr10B10 alloy is very complex. Both Cu and Mo additions simplify the crystallization process. But a few α-Mn-type phase is still observed in the initial crystallization stage of Mo-containing alloy. Both Cu and Mo additions increase saturation magnetization (Ms) and decrease coercivity (Hc) of alloys. The addition of Cu is beneficial to decrease Hc in the initial crystallization stage, and the addition of Mo is beneficial to decrease Hc at high temperatures.
