摘要：
Eine 45-jährige aus Bosnien stammende Patientin klagte über rezidivierende Schwellung und Rötung der Oberlider; 24 h später entwickelte sich eine subkonjunktivale Schwellung. Ein lebender Dirofilaria repens konnte an der Spaltlampe entfernt werden. Anhand des Anlassfalles wird der Infektionsweg der Dirofilariose erläutert und eine evtl. Zunahme der Inzidenz diskutiert.
